		<description><![CDATA[a suggestion for those of you who don&#039;t have a grill: get some boneless chicken (thighs are good, in my opinion) and sear them on very high heat in a heavy cast iron-type pan.  You&#039;ll need a little oil, but still only a tablespoon or two at the most.

Try to cook the chicken dry, saving the marinade for the end.  Also, make sure to do it in batches rather than all at once.  When all the chicken is done you pour the marinade into the pan, let it cook and scrape the bottom of the pan (deglazing, I think it&#039;s called?).  It will leave you with a brownish but still very tasty chutney]]></description>
