Hi Mallika, Love the food!
Can you explain why Indian food can't be made with Olive oil? i've been cooking with it for a few years now....I always thought of it as a healthier option...I hope there is a terrible reason to not cook with EVOO!

Thanks in advance for your response!

Love the video! You make it seem so easy! I was so excited to see another Mallika (other than the actress!) cause I've actually never met one. Then I actually read through your site and love it. I plan to attempt some of these recipes... but it's so easy to go to my Grandma's house up the street instead lol! Great job!

Thanks so much ladies. Blush, blush!

April - I couldn't be more different to Nigella in person and consciously try and communicate that in my videos. If you have a moment, I'd love to know which bits you think are similar. I'll make sure I don't repeat them in future videos. Thanks a ton for your feedback.

Mallika, you look beautiful and full of grace.

Nice video, well made, although one can't help but notice how strikingly similar it is to Nigella Lawson's cookery shows.

It's beautiful anyway.

Very nicely taken. There was a bit of disturbance while watching the video, it wasn't streaming correctly. But hey, did I mention you look like a movie star? You could give any of them a run for their money.:-)
