I’m Indian, born and brought up in Kolkata.
I moved to England at 18 for university and settled here.
I live in central London.
I cook a mean Indian meal (according to my friends and family).

All this while working as a corporate communications executive, being married and generally having a full life. DINK. YUPPIE. The genuine article.

My point is this: You don’t have to slave over a hot cooker all day to cook an Indian meal. Frankly, I would rather eat my shoe than make a samosa from scratch.

Over the years, I’ve found many authentic Indian dishes that are healthy, quick and simple to make and that can fit into a modern, busy lifestyle.

If you love Indian, cook Indian and spice up your everyday life.
